現根據中心研究需要，開放博士后崗位申請，研究方向包括：
1.創新評估、創新地理和創新擴散 （2名）
2.科技與產業創新政策、人工智能產業研究 （1名）
一、崗位信息
01、研究方向一：創新評估、創新地理和創新擴散
1）研究內容
擬從事合作導師或中心有關創新評估、創新地理和創新擴散等領域的研究，以及相關的創新治理和政策研究
2）招聘要求
1.在創新經濟領域有明確的研究方向，包括創新評估、創新地理、區域創新和創新擴散等。具備扎實的理論基礎，能應對復雜的研究問題和研究壓力，相關領域的獲博士學位；
2.需具備一定的跨學科知識和技能，有與研究方向相關的課題研究經驗，具備大數據研究的能力和經驗；
3.對學術研究始終保有較高的熱情，能夠積極組織學術交流和構建學術網絡；
4.發表過高質量的中英文學術研究論文，能夠從事英文論文寫作；
5.具備獨立承擔項目課題和獨立撰寫政策研究報告的素質和能力。
02研究方向二：科技與產業創新政策、人工智能產業研究
1）研究內容
擬從事科技與產業創新政策、人工智能產業研究課題研究。參與并推進中心科技與產業創新政策相關的課題項目，組織專題研討會議和學術交流。
2）招聘要求
1.在科技政策、產業創新、人工智能、計算機科學、經濟學、管理學等相關領域具備扎實的專業背景和深入的理論知識，并獲得博士學位；
2.具備對科技與產業創新政策進行深入分析的能力，了解政策制定的背景、過程和影響，并能夠提出有針對性的政策建議；
3.具備良好的溝通能力，能夠與團隊成員、政策制定者、產業界人士等進行有效的溝通和合作；
4.在科技與產業創新政策和人工智能產業領域，具備敏銳的觀察力和前瞻性思維，發表過高質量的中英文學術研究論文，能夠從事英文論文寫作；
5.具備獨立承擔項目課題和獨立撰寫政策研究報告的素質和能力。
二、申請博士后的基本條件
1.具有國際視野和較強的政策思維能力
An international perspective and strong ability to policy thinking
2.品學兼優、身心健康、年齡在35歲以下（不含35歲）
Excels in moral as academic performances, physical and mental health, below 35 years old（Not including 35）
3.申請者必須保證錄用后全職從事博士后研究，不掛職、兼職
Ensure full-time post-doctoral research after admission not holding a temporary post, having a part-time job
4.申請者如屬在職人員，經我院錄用的博士后入職后人事關系需轉入我校
If the applicant is an incumbent, once accepted, the personnel relationship needs to be transferred to our school
5.不招收企業博士后
Enterprise post-doctor are not admitted
6.外語水平較好，有海外學習背景者優先
Good command of foreign language, overseas study background is preferred

七、清華大學產業發展與環境治理研究中心
2005年9月，清華大學產業發展與環境治理研究中心（CIDEG）在清華大學公共管理學院首任院長陳清泰和著名經濟學家青木昌彥教授、吳敬璉先生等眾多國內外知名學者的共同籌劃下成立。
CIDEG定位于產業發展、環境治理與制度變遷領域的政策研究和學術交流，旨在提高中國公共政策與治理的研究與教育水平，促進學術界、產業界、非政府組織及政府部門之間的溝通、理解和協調。
CIDEG成立至今，在眾多知名學者的參與下，積極開展各項研究項目和學術活動，構建專業的研究平臺和學者網絡，出版和發表各類研究成果，取得了豐碩的成果，已成為中國改革與發展中具有重要影響的高端智庫之一，正在為躋身世界一流思想庫奠定堅實的基礎。
In September 2005, under the leadership and commitment of Chen Qingtai, the Founding Dean of School of Public Policy and Management of Tsinghua University, prominent economists Prof.Masahiko Aoki, Mr.Wu Jinglian and other renowned scholars, the Center of Industrial Development and Environmental Governance (CIDEG) of Tsinghua University was officially founded with the generous funding from Toyota Motor Corporation of Japan.
CIDEG serves as a center of excellence for policy research and academic exchanges on the subjects of industrial development, environmental governance, and institutional transition.The Center is dedicated to improve China’s research efforts and education quality on public policy and governance while promoting communication, recognition, and coordination among the academia, industries, non-governmental organizations and government agencies.
